- Blended pepper
- 3 Tablespoon
- Garlic and ginger paste
- 3 Tablespoon
- Vegetable oil
- 1 Gram
- Stock cube
- 1 Tablespoon
- Curry and thyme
This snail stir fry noodles is not the regular,it just takes eating noodles to a whole different level.
- Clean snail,and spice to your taste and boil . once it is cooked and tender turn off heat and set aside.
- Put water in a pot and boil till it's bubbling hot, then add your noodles to cook for a minute then strain.
- Heat up Vegetable oil, add onions, blended pepper,blended ginger and garlic. Stir fry for about 3 minutes
- Spice with stock cube, salt to taste, curry ,thyme and the noodles seasoning, stir and allow it to simmer for about 5min
- immediately add snail and stir. Then add your sliced bell pepper and stir to mix properly
- Add in your noodles,stir properly then serve
