- Greek yoghurt
- 2 Bowl
- Banana
- 1 Tablespoon
- date syrup
- in a blender add some healthy sweetened greek yoghurt
- add 2 bananas into the blender
- add some peanut butter or some groundnuts if you don't have peanut butter
- add some dates syrup or sugar syrup
- blend smoothly
- serve and enjoy as a pre work out smoothie or after workout smoothie
