Heat up the vegetable oil and pour in diced onion/garlic/ginger and stir to fry until it become translucent
In a small plate mix the powder pepper with boullion cube, nutmeg, curry and tyme add water to mix
Add the tomato paste to the onion and stir fry together
When the tomato paste is well fried pour in the pepper mixture and fry altogether
Add water to the sauce and allow to cook for 3 min
Add the washed rice into it and add salt to taste. Allow to cook to 10min
Add in the spaghetti to cook altogether. Taste for salt and water if it need adjustment.
Off the heat and serve with chilled water
