- 1 Teaspoon
- Garlic and ginger paste
- 1 Cup
- Tomato puree
- 2 Tablespoon
- Tomato paste
- 1 Teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 2 Large
- Eggs
- Saute diced onion with garlic and ginger paste till brown
- Add tomato puree
- Add tomato paste
- Season with black pepper, salt and maggi cube
- Add a little bit of water and simmer for 5 mins
- Crack 2 eggs
- Cover and cook on low heat
- After 3 mins, take it off the heat
