- Diced Irish potatoes
- 1 Kg
- Diced chicken breast
- 1 Teaspoon
- Boullion cubes
- 1 Small
- Diced carrot
- 1 Small
- Green peas
- Cook the potatoes with the skin till weldone
- Peel the potatoes and diced it
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot, add onoin/garlic/ginger and diced chicken till pale
- Add pepper and carrot and green peas. Stir
- Add bullion cube, curry, tyme and salt.
- Cook for 10 minute and stir. Turn off the heat.
