Is a Nigerian snack sold mostly in niger Delta areas , south south, coastal Nigerian areas and motor parks and travel terminals, made predominantly of plantains and some salts
- Wash and set plantains
- Open and peel plantains
- Cut into thin slices using a knife
- Place slice on tray season with salt set to stand for 5mins
- Set oil on cooking pot or pan on medium heat , allow to stand until hot
- When hot gently lace the oil with kpekere, allow to fry
