Ripe plantain Kpekere

Is a Nigerian snack sold mostly in niger Delta areas , south south, coastal Nigerian areas and motor parks and travel terminals, made predominantly of plantains and some salts

  1. Wash and set plantains

  3. Cut into thin slices using a knife

  4. Place slice on tray season with salt set to stand for 5mins

  5. Set oil on cooking pot or pan on medium heat , allow to stand until hot
