- Dry fish
- 2 Gram

- Tomatoes and pepper
- 2 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Tablespoon
- Curry
- 4 Gram
- Stock cube
- 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg
- 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil
- Wash 2 cups of rice,put in a pot and boil untill soft
- Cut onions and. Set aside
- Blend tomatoes and pepper together
- Wash your dry fish with hot water and salt,to remove the dirt ..
- Heat up vegetable oil, Stir in onions and fry for few minutes
- Add your blended tomatoes ,and let it fry
- Add in your salt, stock cube,curry, coriander and nutmeg,let it cook for 5 minutes
- Add in your dry fish and mix properly,allow to cook for 4 minutes
- Serve and enjoy with your boiled rice
