- Wash the rice and beans then set aside
- On the heat, place pot on fire then add water follow by beans. Cover and allow the beans to semi soft
- Add the washed rice follow by the salt and small vegetable oil. Allow both to cook for 20min
- Place the saucepan on heat, pour in vegetable oil
- Add the blended tomato, pepper and onion and allow to fry
- Add the salt, curry and mixed spice then allow to cook for 15min
- Serve and enjoy!
