- 10 Small
- Pepper
- 1 Large
- Onion
- 4 Teaspoon
- Maggi
- 1 Cooking spoon
- Groundnut oil
- 1 Bowl
- Water to cover up the rice and beans
- Perboil your beans
- Pound pepper and set aside
- Put groundnut oil in a pot and heat it up
- Add onion to the hot groundnut oil and fry till its tender
- Add in your already pounded pepper and allow to fry for 2 minutes on low heat
- Add water and spices then bring it to a boil
- Add in your per boiled beans and allow to cook for 2 minutes
- Then you add your washed rice and cover for 25 minutes on medium to low heat
