Puff puff

Puff is a traditional African snack made of fried dough

  1. Firstly, in a bowl, mix the flour and salt then add other dry ingredients
  2. Add lukewarm water to the dry ingredients and mix together to form a batter … it shouldn’t be too thick
  3. Then cover the bowl and place on dry place and leave for 1-2 hours till the batter doubles in size
  4. Yeast helps to rinse it in size … place your pan on fire and pour your oil to heat up
  5. Once the oil is hot, scoop the batter and fry ….
  6. To prevent the batter from sticking on the hand , get a bowl of water and dig your hand to remove excess on your hand then dip your hand in the bowl and take the batter and drop on the frying pan to fry
