Puff Puff

 A Nigerian/African Delicacy that is enjoyed as a snack at parties and at home

  1. mix all the dry ingredients your flour yeast ground nutmeg granulated sugar and salt and warm water for mixing all the dry ingredients together
  2. Add the water little by little and keep mixing continuously till the desired consistency not too thick not too watery
  3. Cover the bowl with the mixture with a foil and make sure it’s airtight
  4. Leave to rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour it should have doubled in size and would contain air holes mix a little some more
  5. In a clean pan pour in oil for frying check the temperature of the oil by using a little batter to know if the oil is ready
  6. Once the oil is hot enough add in scoops of the batter with a deep spoon and avoid them touching themselves
  7. Once the one side in oil is brown turn it over to the other side
  8. When both sides are brown bring out and dry in a sieve for extra oil
  9. Serve and enjoy
