Yeast

Puff puff

A typical nigerian snack

  1. Add your dry ingredients together and mix
  2. Then add in the warm water. Then mix everything together till you get a smooth and without lumps
  3. Cover and put in a warm place for atleast one hour
  4. Put a pot on fire and add in a lot of oil (deep frying). Scoop the puff puff into the oil
  5. Fry the puff puff on till you get a deep brown color on all sides
  6. Drain out the excess oil in the puff puff with a paper towel
  7. Your puff-puff is ready to be enjoyed
