- 2 Cup
- All purpose flour
- 1 Cup
- Water
- 2 Teaspoon
- Yeast
- 1 Cup
- Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Gallon
- Vegetable oil
- Add your dry ingredients together and mix
- Then add in the warm water. Then mix everything together till you get a smooth and without lumps
- Cover and put in a warm place for atleast one hour
- Put a pot on fire and add in a lot of oil (deep frying). Scoop the puff puff into the oil
- Fry the puff puff on till you get a deep brown color on all sides
- Drain out the excess oil in the puff puff with a paper towel
- Your puff-puff is ready to be enjoyed
