An amazing easy to make nigerian snack.

  1. Sieve flour
  2. Add yeast, sugar and salt
  3. Add the cinnamon/nutmeg powder if desired
  4. Mix thoroughly and add warm water to form a paste. Be careful not to make it watery.
  5. Cover and set aside in a warm place for about 30mins to proof and rise
  6. Heat oil on stove and deep fry. Dropping the paste into the oil in a ball shape.
  7. Keep stirring to enable both sides cook. Fry untill golden brown
  8. You can sprinkle sugar, honey, date syrup or any syrup of ur choice. Enjoy!
