Potate and geisha stew with sausages
  1. Dice your potatoes to tiny cube
  2. In a pot add water and the potatoes and bring to a boil
  3. Once the potatoes is in the pot add your desired spices for taste
  4. Once the potatoes are soft, strain the water out
  5. Chop your fresh pepper to your desired shape
  6. In a pan add little groundnut oil (it depends on your taste)
  7. Add the onions to the heated oil and put your spices
  8. After 1 minute add the chopped fresh pepper and fry for a bit
  9. Add tomato paste (optional) and bring to a fry
  10. After that add the geisha or mackerel tomatoes sauce to the pan and bring to a boil
  11. You can add a little more oil and some spices depending on your taste
  12. Boil for 3 mins while stirring then set it aside
  13. In a bowl place your sausage and your spices to it
  14. Heat little oil in a pan and fry the sausage till firm and golden
  15. Dice the sausage into tiny cubes
  16. In a plate add the boiled potatoes, sauce and sausage together
