Wash, Clean, cut and prepare all your ingredients and set them all aside as well
Put a clean pot on the heat
Add your coconut milk
Add your meat/chicken stock
Add your diced kpomo
Add your pepper, onions, seasoning, coconut Spices, curry, thyme and salt
Add crayfish and Dryfish
Add a little oil,(I used coconut oil), add enough water to cook your rice, Stir and cover to steamer about 10-12min
After 12mins pour in your thoroughly washed Rice (I used basmati), I also added some fish(kpanla) on top and i covered the pot and let it cook for 10mins
Add your diced plantain and stir then cover to cook for another 10mins
Then open your pot, by then your Rice is properly cooked, add in your diced vegetables and fried scrambled egg and stir, leave it covered and steam for 2mins then put off your heat your meal is ready
