Plantain Porridge

The Perfect Nigerian plantain Porridge.

  1. Peel the outer layer of the plantain
  2. Slice the plantain into a flat round shape
  3. Put into boil with water that is enough to cover the plantain
  4. Put in all other ingredients at once. E.g. Add salt,onions,scotch bonnet pepper,tomato puree, seasoning cubes, palm oil, smoked fish, cow skin, and uziza seed then cover to cook for 15 mins..
  5. After 15 mins, open and stir together, add boiled egg and cook for another 3 to 5 mins
  6. After another 3 to 5 mins, then serve Hot
