- Unripe Plantain
- 2 Gram
- onions
- 2 Tablespoon
- Dried pepper
- 4 Gram
- Stock cube
- Cut your unripe plantain into small cubes
- Wash the periwinkle thoroughly with salt
- Put your plantain in a pot and add all your ingredients
- Add your salt, pepper,stock cube, onions, crayfish,palm oil and periwinkle.
- Mix together, add water and let it boil till soft
- Once it's done, add any vegetable leaf of your choice. I used scent leaf
- Serve and enjoy
