- smoothmeal unripe plantain flour

This healthy meal is made from unripe plantain flour and fresh tomatoes, it’s a gluten free diet healthy for the gut and also help manage various health challenges.
- Scoop 1 cup of unripe plantain flour into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, 2 spoons of chia seeds, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder ,a sachet of dano milk or any milk of your choice
- Add two spoons of oat
- Now time for wet ingredients, add some water to mix to thick consistency and add an egg
- 1 table spoon of coconut oil in your frying pan and scoop to fry
- Prepare your tomato sauce by cutting your fresh tomatoes, onions, pepper and other veggies of your choice add few drops of coconut oil heat all up as you add seasoning cube then your sauce is ready
