Plantain chips

A crispy plantain chips recipe

  1. Wash and peel the plantain
  2. Slice the plantain thinly with a mandoline or sharp knife
  3. Sprinkle in some sugar and a pinch of salt
  4. Mix together
  5. Put oil in a pot and allow it to heat up
  6. Add in the thinly sliced plantain and fry till crispy
  7. Your delicious plantain chips is ready! Bon appetit
