- Plantain
- 1 Tablespoon
- Granulated sugar
- 2/7 Teaspoon
- Salt (pinch)
- Wash and peel the plantain
- Slice the plantain thinly with a mandoline or sharp knife
- Sprinkle in some sugar and a pinch of salt
- Mix together
- Put oil in a pot and allow it to heat up
- Add in the thinly sliced plantain and fry till crispy
