Incorporating fruits in your diet is probably the best thing you can do for your body. Asides smoothies fruit salads are another way to take in more fruit for a healthy body. The cream in this recipe can be used with any salad mixture.
- Wash and prepare your fruits and cut them into small cubes .
- Pour the fruits into a clean bowl and go ahead to prepare the cream.
- In a separate bowl go in with your sweetened greek yogurt. The quantity of cream you make should be influenced by the quantity of salt you're making.
- Go in with 1/4 cup of full cream milk and then 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Mix the cream to combine all the ingredients then put it over the fruits.
- Mix gently using a spatula or spoon to make sure the fruits are evenly coated.
- Your fruit salad is ready! Enjoy!
