- Blended tomatoes, pepper and onion mix
- 3 Tablespoon
- Scented leaf

- Ginger and Garlic

- Salt and seasoning cubes
Snail is a shelled Gastropoda. It’s lengthy, moist , unsegmented, squishy and slimy body.
Snail is a good source of Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A , and numerous of other minerals.
- Remove the snail from the shells and soak in a bowl filled with water and salt and leave for a few minutes, drain the water and use salt again to clean the snails by rubbing t her salt on the snail and clean inside and outside and Frye snail and make sure there’s no slime on it again . Place the snail in a bowl of water and leave it for about 10 minutes.
- While the snail is in the bowl clean the pepper and roughly blend with onion
- Cook snails with some roughly blended pepper , seasoning cubes, salt, garlic and ginger and onion for about 20 minutes
- Heat palm oil in a pot. Pour in sliced onion, pepper mix and salt and stir, Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes. Add in snail , seasoning cubes and scent leaf and stir fry for about 5 minutes on low heat .
