Peppered ponmo

This is for my Ponmo lovers. This recipe is so good that you might actually finish it in a sitting. It’s made with palm oil instead of the typical vegetable oil. It’s super tasty

  1. Scrap the residue off the ponmo

  2. Then cut into bite sizes

  3. Put in a bowl and wash with water and salt

  4. Then set aside
  5. Roughly blend the scotch bonnet and onions
  6. Put the palm oil in a pot and allow it to heat up ( not bleaching)
  7. Add in the onions and curry powder and fry for 3 minutes
  8. Then add in the scotch bonnet and mix
  9. Now put in the Ponmo, salt, seasoning cubes and stir
  10. Allow this to fry for 7 minutes on medium to low heat

  11. After 7 minutes, sprinkle in some slice onions

  12. Stir, your delicious peppered ponmo is ready
