This is for my Ponmo lovers. This recipe is so good that you might actually finish it in a sitting. It’s made with palm oil instead of the typical vegetable oil. It’s super tasty
- Scrap the residue off the ponmo
- Then cut into bite sizes
- Put in a bowl and wash with water and salt
- Then set aside
- Roughly blend the scotch bonnet and onions
- Put the palm oil in a pot and allow it to heat up ( not bleaching)
- Add in the onions and curry powder and fry for 3 minutes
- Then add in the scotch bonnet and mix
- Now put in the Ponmo, salt, seasoning cubes and stir
- Allow this to fry for 7 minutes on medium to low heat
- After 7 minutes, sprinkle in some slice onions
- Stir, your delicious peppered ponmo is ready
