1. Wash your meat and steam it till it is tender. Season with thyme, curry, dry pepper, seasoning cube and salt.
2. To prepare your pepper mix. Grind fresh pepper, garlic and ginger
3. Pour your groundnut oil into a pot and allow it heat up a bit
3. Add your sliced onions and fry till it is light purple
4. Add your pepper mix into the pot
5. Add your thyme
6. Add your curry
7. Add your seasoning cubes
8. Add salt to taste
9. Add your cooked meat into the pot
10. Stir with the pepper to mix it properly.
11. Allow to cook for 10 minutes then remove and serve
