Peppered egg sauce with sausage
  1. Blend your pepper and onions roughly
  2. Chop your sausages
  3. Put pan on fire and add in the vegetable oil and allow to heat up
  4. Then add in your roughly blended pepper and onions, seasoning cubes and salt.
  5. Allow this to fry for 7 minutes on low to medium heat
  6. Add in your chopped sausages and stir everything together
  7. Break your egg into a bowl and whisk together
  8. Pour in the whisked egg to the sauce on fire and mix
  9. Allow to fry for 3 minutes and make sure you mix everything till it's well incorporated
  10. Serve with yam or potato
