Peppered diced turkey

This is a delicious turkey recipe. It’s something you would love to eat daily

  1. Clean the turkey

  3. Pot the turkey in a pot and add in curry masala, thyme, seasoning powder, salt and onions

  4. Cover and allow it to boil for 15 minutes

  5. Put oil in a pan and fry the turkey. While the turkey is frying, grate the scotch bonnet and onions

  6. After frying, put a pan on fire and add in some of the oil used in frying the turkey and allow to heat up
  7. Add in the roughly blended pepper and onion

  8. Then add in seasoning powder, paprika, curry masala, salt, thyme and allow to fry for 10 minutes. While frying dice your fried turkey
  9. Add the diced fried turkey to the pepper sauce
