In your pot add your protein of choice, in this recipe I used goat meat , you can use chicken or turkey( but the turkey should already be cooked before using it for the noodles cos turkey is harder ). Season with some blended peppers, chopped onions , seasoning and pepper soup spice.
Go in 3 cups of water , this will be enough to cook the protein and 1 pack of noodles
Allow the protein to cook for 10 minutes, then go in with noodle spice.
Go in with your noodles.
Allow to cook till it's soft enough to eat, but it shouldn't take up all the water, then go in with some boiled eggs.
For that pepper soup flavour and aroma, go in with some scent leaves, allow to cook for 3 minutes and your pepper soup noodles is ready!
