- Blended Pepper mix,with tin tomatoes
- 1 Kg
- Chicken
- 1 Liter
- Vegetable oil & palm oil mix
- 4 Gram
- Stock cubes
- 1 Tablespoon
- Salt
- 2 Tablespoon
- Curry and thyme
- 2 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoon
- Dried basil leaves
- Blend pepper and onions,mix in tin tomatoes to your mix,boil for 10 minutes and set aside
- Heat up palm oil and vegetable oil mixed together
- First fry your already cooked chicken for 6 minutes and set aside
- Put in your pepper mix , add yh our spices (salt, stock cube,curry, nutmeg,thyme,basil leaves)and fry for about 20 minutes,while stirring occasionally till it's fried properly
- Once fried properly,add in your chicken and fry for few minutes
- Once it's ready,serve and enjoy
