When i have abundant meat in stock especially during festive period, pepper is a number 1 must do for me. Especially when served with chilled drinks.
- Cut your meat to a desired shape.
- Wash it and put inside a pot then put it on a medium heat
- Add chopped onions, seasonings, garlic and ginger paste, ànd 3 cups of water. And close the pot with a lid and allow it to cook for atleast 35 minutes (depending on the type òf meat you use and how soft you want it).
- When it is done transfer the meat to a container.
- Put oil in a frying pan on a stove in medium heat
- When hot, add your cooked meat and fry for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the fried meat toa sieve,
- Still, put another pot on medium heat, add a little bit of oil
- Add chopped onions, fry for 2 minutes,
- Add little tomato paste, pepper mix and stir
- Add seasonings and the fried meat and stir thoroughly so that the meat and the pepper mix blends,
- Add diced carrot, green pepper and sliced onions. Fry for 2 minutes and tadaaaa. It is ready
- You can add a little water or the meat broth if you may be want to eat with rice or chips.
