Measure and sieve your flour. Add salt and cinnamon then mix together

In another bowl, add eggs, sugar and milk flavor then mix together using a whisk until it foams or double in size

Gently pick fresh unsalted ground nut to remove spoilt ones. Put the groundnut in big bowl

In the groundnut sprinkle the whisk egg with fork bit by bit then add a little flour

After adding flour toss. Keep repeating the process until the peanut is covered with flour

Put a frying pan on fire, add vegetable oil into the frying allow it to fry till the vegetable oil is hot

Fry the peanut on a low heat and keep stirring with a frying spoon until it is brown

Put the peanut in sieve and allow the peanut to cool down

Serve or put in a airtight container
