Peanut Burger

This snack is an absolute favorite. It’s a snack everyone loves. It’s crispy, delicious and easy to make.

  1. Pick the groundnut to remove any stones
  2. Now soak the groundnut in hot water for 20 minutes
  3. Strain the water and dry out the groundnut
  4. Pour out the dried groundnut in a pan and roast till light brown
  5. Remove from the pan, put in a bowl and set aside
  6. In a bowl, mix egg, salt and sugar together. In another bowl, mix the flour and nutmeg together
  7. Pour a tablespoon of the egg mixture to the groundnut and shake till it's well coated
  8. Then add in 1 tablespoon of the flour and toss it it's well coated
  9. Repeat this process till your groundnut are well coated
  10. Put the groundnut oil on fire and allow to heat up
  11. Fry your groundnut until they are nice and brown
  12. Your delicious peanut burger is ready
