Party jellof rice is a healthy and nutritious meal. Jellof is originated from Senegal . Party jellof rice can be served with beef or chicken that’s why it’s called party jellof rice
- Firstly perboil your rice , wash and set aside
- On a low heat, put some oil in the pot and allow to heat up alittle then add your onions stir and add your fresh tomatoes, your pepper, spices, thyme, curry and salt to taste, then add your tomatoes paste …. Stir all together and allow to cook
- After few secs, pour your chicken stock and add some water and allow to cook
- Then pour your washed rice and stir all together and cook till it’s soft
- Your delicious meal is ready… it can be served with beef or chicken
