Pap/Ogi/Akamu

A nice watery meal made from corn. Typically eaten as breakfast

  1. Put your ogi/pap inside a bowl
  2. Then you will add water to it (room temperature water) and mix till it form a smooth paste

  3. Then you will put water on fire and allow it boil. Please make sure it's boiling hot!

  4. After the water is super hot, you will pour it into the pap

  5. Then continually stir it till it reaches the right constitency

  6. Serve and Enjoy with either moin moin, akara or even beans.
