- 2 Cup
- All purpose flour
- 1 Cup
- Liquid milk
- 1 Tablespoon
- Baking powder
- 2 Tablespoon
- Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 Tablespoon
- Vanilla essence or flavor
- 2 Tablespoon
- Eggs
- Sieve flour and baking powder.
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredient.
- Make a hole, then add egg and milk. Mix thorouly to avoid lumps.
- Heat a nonstick pan and cook the pancakes untill golden brown and bubbly. Then turn the other side.
- Repeat the above step for the remaining batter.
- Serve with your desired side.
