- Add the meat to the pot and cook until it is browned on all sides.
- While the meat is boiling ,grind your fresh pepper
- Chop your onion
- Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onions and let it heat for 3min
- Now we add the tomato paste and stir still the oil is bleached
- Add your fresh pepper and stir
