Palm oil spaghetti is a local method of cooking spaghetti instead of the regular way of using vegetable oil.
- 1. Get your ingredients ready (onion, pepper, dried fish, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning etc.)
- 2. Set your pot on fire, pour in your palm oil leave to get hot for about 3mins, then add in your sliced onion, tomato paste, pepper mix, little of the dried fish, your salt and seasoning.
- 3. Stir all together well and leave for 3mins then add in your spaghetti, leave to cook for 3mins then pour in your water and leave to cook.
- 4. You can get ready any protein of your choice that you'd like to use at this point.
- 5. Stir your spaghetti well, add in your remaining onion and dried fish leave to steamer for about 5mins mix all well.
- 6. Once done serve with your desired protein dinner is ready!
