Fish seasoning

1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder

Palm oil Rice
  1. Wash and parboil the rice
  2. Then you put a pot of fire and add in the bleached palm oil
  3. Then you will add your sliced onions and allow to saute for a minute
  4. Then add the roughly blended shombo, tomato, scotch bonnet, onions to it and fry for 3 minutes
  5. Afterwards, you will add in your crayfish, fish seasoning, salt and stir
  6. After two minutes, add in your parboiled rice and mix it with sauce on fire
  7. Immediately after mixing, you will add in your fish stock. Cover the pot and allow it to cook till the water is dried up and the rice is soft
  8. Serve this with any protein of your choice
