Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C. One cup contains twice the daily recommended value.
- Wash and cut the oranges
- Remove and discard the seeds and peel.
- Separate the orange pieces and then pour in a blender jar and blend add around 2 cup of water and blend till smooth.
- Strain the orange juice using a strainer, Serve the orange juice immediately. Enjoy!
