Clean and cut your fish,put in a pot
Spice with salt, pepper, stock cube and onions
Put in water,boil until cooked
Once it is done,set aside
Wash and cut your ponmo,put in a pot
Add water ,salt ,pepper and stock cube,boil untill soft
Once it's ready,set aside
Cut your vegetable leaf (uziza leaf)same as hot leaf
Blend pepper and onions
Heat up palm oil
Add in your blended pepper and onions
Add in salt, stock cube and crayfish,let it fry for 3 minutes
Add in your ponmo and fish,stir
Add in your okra
Stir and allow to cook for few minutes
Add in your vegetable leaf and stir
Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice
