Okra soup

A sweet, popular Nigerian soup.

  1. Clean and cut your fish,put in a pot

  2. Spice with salt, pepper, stock cube and onions

  3. Put in water,boil until cooked

  5. Wash and cut your ponmo,put in a pot

  6. Add water ,salt ,pepper and stock cube,boil untill soft

  8. Cut your vegetable leaf (uziza leaf)same as hot leaf

  12. Add in salt, stock cube and crayfish,let it fry for 3 minutes
