Ojojo

Ojojo is made from grated water yam and deep fried

  1. Peel and wash the yam

  2. Grate the yam using a grater to form a paste

  3. The paste should look like this. Blend your pepper roughly and cut onions into smaller sizes

  4. Add the blended pepper and onions into the water yam paste

  5. Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste and mix it very well

  6. Place a frying pan on fire and put the water yam paste into the oil and allow it to fry
  7. Serve with Eko
