- water yam
- 1 Cup
- Scotch bonnet pepper (ata rodo)
- Peel and wash the yam
- Grate the yam using a grater to form a paste

- Add the blended pepper and onions into the water yam paste
- Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste and mix it very well
