Oha soup is a popular Igbo delicacy from Nigeria, made with Oha leaves (also known as ora leaves) and cocoyam. It is a hearty soup with a rich flavor and aroma that is often served during special occasions, such as weddings, festivals, and other celebrations
- Note: you don’t need extra water because the one you got from the palm fruits extract is ok ,so while extracting add the exact quantity of water you need for the pot of soup .
- Wash your stock fish with hot water and salt
- Wash and blend your peppers
- Debone your smoked fish
- Wash and bend your crayfish
- Cook for 30 minutes and pound to get your palm fruits extract
- Cook your coco yam for 40 mins until done remove the back and pound or if you have a food processor you can as well make use it.
- Debone your dried fishes and wash under running water
