Ogbono soup is a Nigeria dish made with ground dry ogbono seeds. It originates from southern eastern part of Nigeria ( Igbos )
- Firstly prepare your ingredients: cut your leaf ( uziza leaf) , blend your crayfish, your species too, wash your meat and cook
- After washing the meat, spice and cook the meat with ur stock fish till it’s soft
- Once the meat is soft, pour out on a bowl and place the pot on fire but this time cook on a low heat
- Pour some red oil in the pot and leave for 20 secs , then add your blended pepper and stir
- Then add your ground ogbono seed , stir together…. Note cook on a low heat
- Stir for 20 secs on low heat , then pour your meats, add your spices ,salt to taste and meat stocks , stir and allow to cook for few secs
- Lastly add your leaf ( uziza) or vegetable leaf…. Your ogbono soup is ready
