A plate of a well garnished noodle is every Nigerian home favorite, which is best taken as breakfast. The protein from the eggs and vitamins from the vegetables are enough to make your day!

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot
  2. Add broken noodles and boil till soft. Add seasoning, pepper and crayfish. Stir and allow to fully cook. Then set aside
  3. Boil your egg and deshell when fully cooked.
  4. Dice all your vegetables and set aside.
  5. Place a pan on medium heat, add vegetable oil, add your diced Vegetables, stir and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add your cooked noodles to the pan and stir till noodle is fully mixed with your vegetables.
  7. Add egg and serve. Enjoy with a cup of tea☺️
