A plate of a well garnished noodle is every Nigerian home favorite, which is best taken as breakfast. The protein from the eggs and vitamins from the vegetables are enough to make your day!
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot
- Add broken noodles and boil till soft. Add seasoning, pepper and crayfish. Stir and allow to fully cook. Then set aside
- Boil your egg and deshell when fully cooked.
- Dice all your vegetables and set aside.
- Place a pan on medium heat, add vegetable oil, add your diced Vegetables, stir and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add your cooked noodles to the pan and stir till noodle is fully mixed with your vegetables.
- Add egg and serve. Enjoy with a cup of tea☺️
