- Groundnut oil
- For fried noodles, firstly parboil your noodles and sieve the water out and keep aside
- On a low heat, pour some oil , onions, carrot, pepper and spices and then pour your cooked noodles and stir all together and fry it till it’s dry
- It can be served with fried egg, boiled egg, meats or cold juice
