Nigerian meat ball stew

Nigerian based stew recipe,

  1. Clean and roll meat balls into desired sizes

  2. Using ready made tomato pepper paste pour meat balls into tomato paste

  3. Allow meat balls to marinade into tomato paste

  4. Pour the duo into a cooking pot and allow to boil

  5. While boiling add seasonings : Maggi, curry, thyme, salt, and any other seasoning of choice

  6. After boiling seperate meat balls from tomato paste, allow both paste and meat balls to cool seperately

  7. Set cooking pot on medium heat

  8. Pour in cooking oil,allow to sizzle

  11. Allow to simmer, then pour in tomato paste
