Cook your meat with the liver, fry the meat and keep aside and keep the meat sauce aside for the cooking.
Perboil the rice, wash and keep aside.
Wash and cut your vegetables
Cut the cooked liver into smaller pieces.
Pour the meat sauce in a cooking pot, add spices, seasoning cubes and salt to taste and allow to boil.
Add the perboiled rice into the meat sauce and cook for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate pot, fry the liver together with the vegetables, add little spice and a pinch of salt and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Pour some of the fried vegetables in a pot, add some rice to it and stir together for a few minutes. Continue the process for the remaining vegetables and rice till you are done. Dish out and enjoy
