Native pasta is made with palm oil as it’s base. It is also made using smoked fish and native spices. Let’s get cooking.
- Go in with some chopped onions and locust beans, fry this for 1 minute.
- Then go in with some tomato paste just to heighten the taste of the pasta. Stir fry this for 5 minutes.
- Then go in with your smoked hake fish also called panla fish
- Add some stockfish flakes
- Add some crayfish and 1 cooking spoon of stock water, you can use any stock water.
- Go in with your already cooked pasta
- Stir into the stew base till everything is well combines
- Then add your scent leaves or curry leaves, mix and combine,
- Cover to cook for 3 minutes and your pasta is ready to consume. Enjoy!
