How to make moi moi
1. Soak and peel the beans
2. Blend with peppers and onions and the seasoning cube because it might not dissolve and settle underneath
3. Season the batter
4. Portion inside the moimoi leaf or a heat safe container
5. Steam
You can enjoy it with a side of garri, pap stuff it inside your bread, serve as a side with White Rice or Jollof Rice and the list goes on and on as your mind can create.
- Wash and peel beans
- Transfer to a blender add water and seasoning cube. Blend till is smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl add veg oil, salt and crayfish.
- Add water or fish stock if the bater is too thick.
- Sort and clean the moimoi leaf
- Wrap
- Arrange in a pot, add water and cover to cook for 40-45mins
- Moimoi is ready.
