In a bowl mix salad cream or mayonnaise with some evaporated milk
Pour some vegetable oil in a pan, add minced meat, some chopped garlic, salt, thyme scotch bonnet and seasoning powder, allow cook for 8 minutes, till it’s properly cooked.
Sautéed some onion slices
On a slice of bread, put a leaf of lettuce, cream, minced beef, sautéed onion, some cream and some tomato slices. Cover with another bread slice.
Put a pan on heat, use a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add drop the sandwich to toast on both sides .
Repeat this process and stack the toast together, cut into two with a knife and your sandwich is ready.
