- 3 Tablespoon
- Millet paste
- 1 Cup
- Hot water
- 1 Tablespoon
- Sweetener( stevia, sugar)
- 1 Cup
- Cold water
- Made from fermented grains milled to a paste and thickened with hot water, used as a Nigerian staple breakfast.
- Pour millet paste into an enamel or bowl plate
- Further dissolve with cold water till a lighter creamier consistency is formed
- Add already hot water to paste
- Stir until lump free and thickened
- Add sweetener if desired and serve.
