Sweetener( stevia, sugar)
1 Cup
Cold water

Millet ogi
  • Made from fermented grains milled to a paste and thickened with hot water, used as a Nigerian staple breakfast.
  1. Pour millet paste into an enamel or bowl plate

  2. Further dissolve with cold water till a lighter creamier consistency is formed

  3. Add already hot water to paste
