MACKEREL FISH SAUCE AND PLANTAIN

Mackerel fish sauce is budget friendly and very quick to put together, its main protein being the mackerel fish.

  1. Fry your plantains in vegetable oil.

  2. First boil or smoke the mackerel fish , shred the fish to take out the bone and set aside. In a pot add some vegetable , saute your onions .

  3. Season with some fish spice and seasoning to taste. Add some fresh curry leaves.

  4. Add some seasoning, blended fresh peppers and fresh tomatoes and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Mix very well then add the shredded fish. Give it a good mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
