Mackerel fish sauce is budget friendly and very quick to put together, its main protein being the mackerel fish.
- Fry your plantains in vegetable oil.
- First boil or smoke the mackerel fish , shred the fish to take out the bone and set aside. In a pot add some vegetable , saute your onions .
- Season with some fish spice and seasoning to taste. Add some fresh curry leaves.
- Add some seasoning, blended fresh peppers and fresh tomatoes and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix very well then add the shredded fish. Give it a good mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Your mackerel fish sauce is ready !
- Serve and enjoy.
